How to use the LumiPore® platform
LumiPore® nanoparticle transfection workflow
- Add LumiSense® nanosensitizers to the cell culture and incubate for 1–30 minutes.
- Add the payload of interest directly to the cell culture medium.
- Perform photoporation on the LumiPore® platform to enable intracellular delivery (<10 minutesfor a full 96-well plate).
- Optionally replace the delivery solution with fresh culture medium for downstreamapplications.
Suitable for cell therapy manufacturing and high-throughput applications
- Either culture cells or add cells in suspension to plate with embedded nanofibers and let cellssediment (1-10 min)
- Add payload of interest to cell culture medium
- Perform laser irradiation in LumiPore platform (<10 min. for full 96-well plate)
- Optional: wash and add fresh cell medium
